In a very close race, determined right at the line was a battle between Scott Dugas’ SAND DOLLARS III [41′ Johns Bay Boat; 700-hp Caterpillar] and Andrew Haley’s COOT [36 footer; 430-hp Volvo]. COOT would just edge out SAND DOLLARS III for the win.
